Most diversity and inclusion efforts in an organization focus on particular observable demographics, such as race, gender, age, etc.  This program will expand the concept of diversity by addressing the more global concept of cultural competency within organizations.  It will groom leaders and HR professionals in skills to create a culturally competent organization that supports their mission and strategic goals.

Our speaker, Vicki Armsinger, SPHR, is an HR consultant based in the Greater St. Louis area.  She has over 20 years of experience in employee communications, recruitment, training, performance management, policy development, employee relations, and human resource information systems.

NOTE:  Location change for this meeting. Also, breakfast will be available for purchase in the cafeteria!
