The focus will be on how to communicate your HR objectives in a language your boss speaks, understanding your brand and the impact it has on hiring, and understanding your role in the strategic plan.

    Phil Brandt is the President and CEO of AAIM Employers’ Association.  The program he had planned to present here on March 18th is very interactive and would not work well in a remote environment.  BUT he has agreed to do a different program remotely for us on March 18th from 8 am to 9 am.  (I’m going to try to get his commitment to come do the original program at a later date.)

     

    The login information is below, as AAIM will host and “drive” the presentation for us to ensure that the technology works the best.  Below you will find information on the topic, the presenter, the presentation objectives, and the login information. 

     

    Feel free to begin announcing this ASAP.  Any business that we need to conduct will need to be done by email so that he can simply do his program.  There is not enough time for me to get HR certification credits for this.
