Strong Employee Value Propositions (EVPs) set you apart from your competition and can help you attract and retain quality employees. Creating an effective EVP involves learning what your current employees enjoy about your company and what candidates want in their ideal workplace.  In this workshop Laura Steinman will share what an Employee Value Proposition is, how it can help you recruit top talent and what qualities make a solid EVP.   She will share several example EVPs and walk through the process recently used at her company to refresh and customize the enterprise EVP so that you can create your own.   Laura is currently the Employee Relations Manager for General Mills Supply Chain in North America and has 16+ years of experience to Human Resources to share.
