The Missouri Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence (MCADSV) has 40 years of experience uniting Missourians with the shared value of ending rape and abuse.  Evidence supports that organizational culture is critical to a harassment-free workplace that supports a healthy and productive workforce.  Join MCADSV's Legal Resources Specialist, Samantha Ghormley Hill, J.D., for a presentation on an innovative approach to preventing harassment in the workplace.  This model focuses on the dynamics of power and control, organizational cluture, and the role of adaptive leadership in cultivating an environment that reflects your company's values and supports the wellbeing of employees. Ending harassment in the workplace is an achievable goal, not just an exercise in risk reduction as required by legal counsel or insurance companies.  MCADSV invites you to join them in the work of creating healthy and productive workplaces for all Missourians.
