This interactive and data-supported presentation will discuss the importance of resilience at the organizational level, the employee level, the Human Resources perspective, and at the personal level. Participants will leave with knowledge to support the importance of resilience, as well as practical ways to improve organizational, leadership, employee, and personal resilience. Susan Wathen, Vice President - Human Resources for Hannibal Regional Healthcare System will lead the discussion.
