Lauren Patel, Engagement Manager for AAIM Employers' Association, will present The Future of HR, which has been a favorite session of many AAIM members!  Plan to join us for this engaging session!

In this event, we explore six pivotal trends that will shape the future of HR by 2030. The sessions cover the generational shift in the workforce, the importance of digital training for all employees, the emergence of People Experience Departments, the shift towards project-based teamwork, the increasing role of automation and AI in HR, and the ongoing adoption of hybrid work arrangements. By attending, participants will gain insights into the changing dynamics of HR, discover strategies for effectively adapting to these trends, and earn valuable certification credits for their professional development.

    Learning Goals:

                    1. Understand the impact of generational shifts on the workplace and learn how HR can align with the expectations of the emerging Generation Z.

                    2. Recognize the importance of digital training for employees across all departments and age groups and explore methods to promote lifelong learning.

                    3. Explore the concept of People Experience Departments and their role in prioritizing employee development.

                    4. Discover strategies for adapting to project-based teamwork and reimagining incentive programs and performance reviews.

                    5. Embrace the role of automation and AI in HR and learn how to leverage these technologies for improved decision-making.

                    6. Gain insights into the ongoing adoption of hybrid work arrangements, including policies, equity considerations, and inclusivity efforts within this new work paradigm.
