According to the Association for Talent Development, other than being someone's immediate supervisor, the department of Human Resources has the second most influence on employees within an organization. The power to change or affect someone's thinking or behavior without having direct authority can be a daunting responsibility. Join us as Dewey Thompson, director of Missouri Training Institute, shares ways to increase your influence with others by building your credibility and identifying the behaviours you need to demonstrate to ear others' trust and respect in order to help shape the thoughts and actions of others.
