This month's program will be presented by a team from Gallagher.  Kristen Wood, Tonya Vyhlidal, Alex Kreibich, and Bryan Hissong will share information to help answer these questions. 

This is our first in-person meeting since COVID.  Join us for networking, fellowship, and a time of simply sharing on some roundtable topics, such a resiliency, best practices, and remote work.

Employment Law Attorney, Amy Blaisdell, will present legal support and tips related to current employment law issues and the remote workforce.

Darla Rischar, SPHR, Director of Human Resources for Kohl Wholesale, will present a program outlining the steps to take to determine if your company can benefit from a Leadership Academy, as well as the steps to implement such an employee development program.

Legal Landmines in Employment Screening                       60 minutes    

The NEMO SHRM Chapter will kick off the new year with a short business meeting followed by an update on Junior Achievement in Northeast Missouri and West Central Illinois.

Taylor Rakers, the Junior Achievement District Manager will update chapter members on how HR can partner with Junior Achievement to help serve area children.  

NOTE:  This meeting will last until 9:30 am.
