Our May 2019 meeting will be held on TUESDAY, May 14th, at the Hannibal Job Center.  Attendees will learn about the various programs available, as well as get to tour the Job Center and meet their team.

We are excited to welcome Donna Moody, AAIM Training Manager, back to Hannibal for another presentation. 

Office Politics in the Workplace will cover ethics in the workplace, as well as ineffective uses of communication.

Most diversity and inclusion efforts in an organization focus on particular observable demographics, such as race, gender, age, etc.  This program will expand the concept of diversity by addressing the more global concept of cultural competency within organizations.  It will groom leaders and HR professionals in skills to create a culturally competent organization that supports their mission and strategic goals.

Communication can make or break relationships, job effectiveness, and can determine how you are perceived.  This fun, light-hearted, yet impactful, presentation provides suggestions on how to improve your listening skills, both professionally and personally.
