 EEOC Senior Investigator Sean Oliveira will offer a program that will give us an update on recent sexual harassment charges and ways that Human Resources can work to protect their employer from these charges.  

Alan Kinsey, Vice President of Inquire Hire, will present “Recruiiting and Hiriing Top Talent.”

Thiis SHRM workshop isi designed to define HR analytics and train HR professionals on current HR analytic trends.  IIt will cover operational reporting, advanced reporting, advances analytics, and predictive analytics.

Dee Rose serves as the Public Information Officer for the Missouri Department of Labor's Division of Employment Security.  She will be sharing an employee retention program designed as a cost-effective way of helping both employers and employees make it through a tough time.  This program is for both large and small employers - public and private.  

Networking and breakfast will begin at 7:30 with the meeting and program from 8:00 to 9:00 am.

Janeane Reis, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, will faciliate round table discussions on three or four topics to be determined by YOU, the chapter members, during September and October.  This will be your opportunity to learn best practices from each other under the guidance of an experienced facilitator.

Sarah Kuehnel is an employment law attorney with Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. in St. Louis.  Sarah will be covering the "hot" employment law topics of Fall 2017, as well as looking ahead at what to expect in 2018.
